1) For the Ready to Go Packages
It is very exciting because your posts are almost completed. Send us as soon as possible your logo in format .jpeg and your website URL so we can add them to your posts. When your posts are ready and your payment confirmed, we will send posts to your email address. All your posts are sent in .jpeg. The template size for each post is 940X700px, and is designed for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr and Viadeo. Please send your logo (.jpeg) and website URL at our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and add in the subject line the package number that you just bought.

If you don’t want Digital Marketing SLR Group to add your logo or website URL on your posts, please let us know by email at : email@example.com and, your posts will be sent as seen on the screen.
2) For the Business Packages (Basic, Essential or Professional)
I know that you may be concerned about your first message published online but let me assure you that our staff is well trained in dealing with all types of social media accounts. We’ll take care of everything for you as if it were our own account. We want your social media posts to make a positive impression on the market with our content and designs.
Your first post will be ready for your review after we receive the confirmation of your payment and the completed questionnaire. While waiting for payment confirmation, we ask you to answer our questionnaire and to send us quickly all other material (pictures, video, logo, etc.) so we can begin laying the ground work. Your payment must always be received each month before you receive posts for your approval.
For the essential and professional packages, you will be informed of every step through our roadmap of how we manage all your social accounts.
3) For the Social Media Packages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.)
While we are waiting for your payment confirmation, we will send you a questionnaire by email to learn more about your business and to confirm that you understand our policies. Please send us quickly all your material (pictures, logo, etc.) so we can begin laying the ground work. Your first post will be ready for your review after we receive the confirmation of your payment and the completed questionnaire. Your payment must always be received each month before you receive posts for your approval.
4) For Blogger, YouTube, Google Analytics, Online Directories and Yelp Packages
While waiting for payment confirmation, we ask you to answer our questionnaire and to send us quickly all other material (pictures, video, logo, etc.) so we can begin laying the ground work. Your payment must always be received each month before you receive your material, information or report.

Periodically, you will receive special notices from us regarding our various packages and new offers. Watch for them because you can get discounts on certain products.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you haven’t yet send us your contact name, company name, company address and the email address where to send your posts/messages/blogs/video/directories/yelp information or google analytics report, you MUST send it to us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can proceed with your package, and send your material when it is ready.
